Not Quite Right?
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you would like to return your order, you have 7 days to notify us. Simply email ENQUIRIES@SENSO.COM.AU for a Returns Authorisation Number (RA#).
In order for us to honour a return, the product must be unworn and in it’s original condition. Please ensure that when trying on shoes, you do so on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage to the soles. The SENSO box is considered part of the product too, so please ensure it is well protected. If it is marked or damaged due to lack of packaging, we will unfortunately be unable to process your return.
Please be aware that all returns are at the customer’s expense.
