General Terms & Conditions:
- This web site is owned and operated by “Kim Meller Imports Pty Ltd As Trustee For The Kim Meller Family Trust Trading As Senso ABN 41226714743.
- Advertised prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Typographical errors may occur, which we shall endeavour to rectify, but are not responsible for.
- No information on this website regarding any product or service available for purchase constitutes a warranty or promise in respect of those products.
- At Senso we make every effort to display the products and colours as accurately as possible. However as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of colour will be completely accurate.
- Senso will not be held responsible for any damage to any products after delivery.
- You are liable for any taxes, or charges or duties applicable to your country, other than GST that may arise from the processing of your order.
- If a refund is warranted, you will only be refunded via the method by which you paid.
Due to changing market forces and other extenuating circumstances that affect product availability and price stability, we reserve the right to withdraw any product we advertise and change prices without notice. Information contained throughout the web pages and in our database is believed to be accurate and reliable at the time of publishing. There may be misprints, human errors and omissions. We reserve the right to make changes and corrections in prices, products and specifications without notice.
Senso reserves the right to review, change or modify any Terms and Conditions as a result of external market factors or other extenuating circumstances.
Shipping & Returns:
Shipping is free Worldwide.
Shipping within Australia:
- We recommend that all packages are sent to a company/business address for faster delivery. If the parcel is undelivered and needs to be resent, the customer will be charged an additional administrative fee of $15.
- Delivery is Monday – Friday.
International Shipping Information:
- Please be aware that any items shipped internationally may be subject to import duties and taxes applicable to your country/or the country you’re shipping to. You will be responsible for additional charges incurred for customs clearance; Senso has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary from country to country; consequently Senso recommends that you contact your local customs office for further information.

We gladly offer returns on all FULL PRICED PRODUCTS. Please email us with your order number within 7 days of receiving your purchase to have your return authorised.
- We want you to be happy! If your shoes don’t fit, you want to change them or you’re simply not happy with your purchase, you are welcome to send your product back to our Sydney warehouse in its original condition and packaging within 7 days to receive a full refund.
- If you return your goods after 7 days we will only refund your money in the event that the goods purchased are faulty as long as the fault is not due to wear and tear. This will be determined upon the return of the item and once assessed.
- Unfortunately we CANNOT allow customers into our warehouse or head office premises to swap shoes over for a different size or for any other reason. This is company policy.
- All shoes must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box or with marked soles may not be accepted, and may be sent back to the customer. Customers will be liable for shipping costs if products are deemed to have been returned in an unacceptable condition.
- We strongly advise International customers to look into return costs prior to purchasing online for an estimated charge.
- We cannot process your return until we receive your goods. All returns must be accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Please ensure the goods are returned to us using registered post. Unfortunately we cannot be held accountable for parcels going missing, therefore we advise you to take note of a tracking number when returning the goods.
